No disrespect to the Hells Angels. We all loved it when Sonny Barger dropped in and often hung out with Clint Eastwood during his spaghetti western films period. Tom Buford tells the story. Tom had been Frank Werber’s right hand man/gopher and had many insights into the Trident back in it’s heyday. Wished we filmed this elsewhere. The noise in the restaurant is really annoying but it is an amazing story.

do you remember me ...I worked for the Trio when it was a jazz club until 1973
Absolutely, we're friends on Facebook, always looking for photos, videos, and stories for this site...thanks, and all the best!
I have a couple pics of me back in the day when I worked for Werber. The pics were NOT in Trident but at the park. Who should I send them too if you want to use them or post with the Hells Angels VRS 49er.
Hi Thomas, I think we're good with photos for that post right now. If I ever get back to the Bay Area/ SF/ Marin maybe we could re-shoot this video without all the background noise? Just a thought. Have you read the recent Pleasekillme.com article posted that references the SF 49ers/ Hells Angel event.
